	The Land The property was burned in 2002 during the Rodeo/Chediski fire event reported to be the largest forest fire in known Arizona history. Since then most of the surrounding land within eyesight has been cleared and cleaned. The surviving pines have comeback strong and there's new growth flourishing. Wildlife, elk, turkey and deer to name a few, have regularly come into the property to take advantage of the stock tank. The land backs the Apache/Sitgraeves National Forest and Ranger Draw.
